Sheet Bridge

Sheet Bridge allows you to export schedules, view lists, and sheet lists to Excel and import them back into your Revit project.

Preserved Schedule Formatting:

Export schedules to Excel while retaining their original formatting and order.

Editable Data Export:

Export schedules in a format optimized for data management. This mode allows you to make changes in Excel and import the updated data back into your Revit project.

Using Sheet Bridge:

Start Sheet Bridge.

The list on the left displays all existing schedule views in the project.

Select the schedule(s) you want to export and move them to the list on the right using the single-right arrow button.

Use the search bar to quickly find specific schedules. You don't need to remember the full schedule name—simply type any part of it, separating keywords with spaces, and Sheet Bridge will locate it for you.

Toggle on or off the Preserved Schedule Formatting option based on your preference.

Important Notes:

The type of the data the cells contain will Text, Number or Integer

Make sure which type you should pick before you edit the cells

Make sure you typed the same value for the Type Parameter cells for the same Family and Type instances in Excel

Unavailable Parameters mean the element doesn’t have this parameter

Every changes you make in Read-Only Parameters and Unavailable Parameters will be ignored

In case needed, you may delete entire row(s) under the title row; also entire column(s) after Column B. But other than that please do not change the contents of Column A, Column B, as well as Row 1 and Row 2
